Dear all,

if you have ideas for tools using open data, especially in the biomedical
sciences, here is a funding opportunity for you:

Wellcome Trust, NIH and HHMI have announced the *Open Science Prize*, a
prize for services, tools or platforms that enable open content – including
publications, datasets, codes and other research outputs – to be
discovered, accessed and re-used. Each competing team must include one
person based in the US, and one based outside of the US. Up to six prizes
of $80,000 each will be awarded for prototype development. Best prototype
will receive a prize of $230,000. The deadline is February 29, 2016.

Read more and apply: https://www.openscienceprize.org/

If you have ideas but lack a US-based or non-US-based member, contact us!
(Either at info at incf.org or directly to me, malin at incf.org). We'll be happy
to help connect you with someone via the INCF community.

Best regards,
Malin
