[2009-program-committee] Transport airport Parkhotel

Dear program committee,

This is to inform you that we (MCI Prague) will have a Neuroinformatics 2009 desk at the airport (actually two; one at each terminal). The plan is for everyone to go to this desk and the transports to Pilsen will be coordinated from there. The desk will be operated in the mornings of September 3 and 4 and all day September 5. Look for the blue Neuroinformatics 2009 sign! For more information regarding the desk, please go to the following web link: http://www.neuroinformatics2009.org/about/transports/.

There will be three transports on September 5th for invited participants; at 12:45, 15:00 and 20:00. For the other days, we expect the Neuroinformatics 2009 desk to work as a meeting place to pool invited attendees for taxi rides to Pilsen.

Regarding transport back to the airport from Pilsen, we will not have any chartered buses. However, we plan to pool people for taxis with the help of the Registration Desk at Parkhotel.
