[2009-program-committee] INCF Congress update

Dear program committee,

With the recent program additions of Jeffrey Grethe from UCSD for WS2, Peter Hunter from University of Auckland for WS3, and Markus Diesmann from RIKEN BSI and Andrey Semin from Intel for WS4, we are now down to four remaining author slots!

The congress web site now displays a preliminary congress program! We expect to start accepting abstract submissions next week. This means that we will now start advertise/inform about the congress through our email lists and by contacting key institutions.

Attached you will find three alternative banners for the congress. Please see to it that your institute includes a congress banner on their web page and makes it clickable for www.neuroinformatics.org<http://www.neuroinformatics.org>.
