[2009-program-committee] Congress Travel and Accommodation

Dear program committee,

I hope that you have enjoyed looking through the congress poster and demo abstracts and that you are ready to submit your choices for spotlight presentations today.

Some practical information regarding your congress participation:

·         Program committee members do not need to register for the congress; we do that for you

·         INCF will book your accommodation at Parkhotel (the congress venue)

o   We cover the cost for a single room between September 5 and September 9. If you wish to have a double room or to stay longer, we will book this at your own expense

·         INCF covers the cost for economy air fare and transportation to and from airports (see attachment "INCF_reimbursementrules_09").

o   The Prague airport is one hour's drive from Pilsen and we plan to arrange with bus transportation.

o   We are happy to book your air fare for you

·         Please fill in and send back the attached travel plan form, preferably by the end of May

·         Please note that any expense claims will need to be supported by original receipts

The conditions above are exactly the same as for the invited speakers. I am very much looking forward to seeing you in Pilsen in September!
