[2009-program-committee] Congress Travel and Accommodation

I was looking through the abstracts to select my highlights, and I  
noticed that abstract #6:  Shafai Bejestan, Mahmood  	Estimation of  
suspended sediment using clustering algorithm and ANN

has nothing whatsoever to do with neuroscience.   Do we really want to  
accept this?  Ignore this message if you have already discussed this  
and I didn't pay attention.
