[Incf-ocns-software-wg] Logs from Software WG meeting on Monday 10 October

Dear all,

We hope you are well.

Thank you for attending this month's meeting, and also to everyone who
has indicated they would like to participate in the two task forces.

As you will see from the meeting minutes below, we thought it would be
good to wait for more people to join the task forces until the end of
this week before proceeding. So if you are still making your mind up,
you do have some more time, till the 23rd of October.

The candidate period for the OCNS Board elections has begun. We strongly
urge you all to nominate yourselves, especially if you are from a group
that is under-represented in STEM. Please see the links at the end of
the minutes for more information.

Here are the meeting minutes. The next meeting is scheduled for the 14th
of November.

- Once deadline has passed, task forces organise initial meeting to get started
- Wait for responses before reaching out to more public channels
