[Neuro-2008-committee] Congress program draft

Dear Pontus,

I would put Mark Ellisman before workshop D, while Henry Markram or Idan 
Segev before E. Henry Markram might also open workshop A, perhaps, but 
David van Essen is of course very good as the first keynote speaker of 
the Congress.

On the other hand perhaps he would be a better keynote to preced 
workshop C than Kawato?

Just some quick thoughts.
