[Neuro-2008-committee] Week of 15th to 19th

Dear All,

We agree with Andrzej that the proposed keynote speakers, members of 
workshops A and C look fine.

We certainly do not mind changing the topic of workshop B following the
suggestion of Rob and Rodney. It will slant the Congress even more
toward the "neuro" or "bio" side away from the more engineering aspects
of NI which I think is good.

Workshop E proposal is essentially ready, Andrzej should send it in once
they agree with David on the list of suggested speakers.

We also agree with last Rodney's point that the Committe Members should
rather chair, not speak during the workshops.
