[Neuro-2008-committee] Workshop C candidate

I have engaged with Wolfgang Boch on a few occasions.
He speaks authoritatively, and is a good candidate.

The speakers Olsen and Boch are of similar rank. So they could 
do two talks in workshop C.  It would be very useful then, to have a
speaker from Japan /Asia, to bring their perspective. 
Then I suggest simply extending their question time, and scrapping the 
workshop per se,  The remiander of the afternoon could simply be left free
for posters / demos or whatever.   Some free time is never a bad thing.
