CESR2: *The link between single cell activity and cognitive performance

One ESR Marie Curie training position in the field of computational 
neuroscience is available at the Department of Integrative 
Neurophysiology at
the Center for Neurogenomics and Cognitive research (www.cncr.nl) VU 
University Amsterdam, in the
team of Christiaan de Kock within the Innovative Doctorate Program 
CognitionNet.

*The project involves data-mining existing data-sets on spiking activity 
of identified cortical neurons of awake (head-fixed) behaving rats. We 
are looking for a candidate with experience in data processing, 
programming or statistical analysis. *
