[Neuroinfo] seeking guidance for getting started

Hi,
     I am Aaditya Thakkar. I am a 2nd year Undergrad student of ICT at
Dhirubhai Ambani Institute of Information and Communication Technology,
India. I am interested in contributing to International Neuroinformatics
Coordinating Facility and also want to apply for GSOC-2016. I have the
knowledge of C, JAVA, PHP, HTML, CSS and Database. It will be very helpful
if you guide me for how to get started.
