Dear colleague,

Due to the many requests received, the deadline for paper submission has been extended to March 19th. 
We also included a deadline for submission of short papers (March 26th) for ongoing work and we have more journals for publishing the best papers and we are expecting the final agreement with an ISI indexed journal in the Energy area.
