Dear all,
here is an update on INCF's current training activities. Please forward to
anyone you think would be interested.
1. We have added *new content to TrainingSpace* (training.incf.org), an
online hub that aims to make neuroscience educational materials more
accessible to the global neuroscience community developed in collaboration
with INCF, HBP, SfN, FENS, IBRO, IEEE, BD2K, and iNeuro Initiative. As a
hub, TS provides users with access to: 1.Multimedia educational content
from courses, conference lectures, and laboratory exercises from some of
the world’s leading neuroscience institutes and societies, 2. Study tracks
to facilitate self-guided study, 3. Tutorials on tools and open science
resources for neuroscience research, 4. A Q&A forum , and 5. A neuroscience
encyclopedia that provides users with access to over 1.000.000 publicly
available datasets as well as links to literature references and scientific
abstracts
2. We are also offering *3 full day in-person courses at the Assembly*
in Warsaw this year, on August 31, with a few places still left. Two of the
three courses are free, none of them require registration to the main
meeting. Courses include: The Virtual Brain Workshop, Simulating the Brain
using the Brain Simulation Platform (BSP), and Navigate complex
neuroanatomy and integrate neuroscience data using 3D brain atlases. See
more: https://www.neuroinformatics2019.org/training-sessions/
3. INCF will host a *free 2-day Software Carpentry Course before SfN* on
17 - 18 October 2019 in Chicago this year. Software Carpentry aims to
help researchers get their work done in less time and with less pain by
teaching them basic research computing skillsSee more at:

Thanks for the help!
