[Neuroinfo] New Journal: Mathematical Neuroscience and Applications

We are pleased to announce the creation of "Mathematical Neuroscience and Applications". The aim of this new journal is to publish the best work in mathematical neuroscience and its applications and making it broadly available to the scientific community in a completely open fashion, i.e. at no costs for readers and authors (no APCs).
