For this codeathon, project teams will be working collaboratively on one of these exciting projects, using SPARC data and/or tools in novel ways to enhance, demonstrate, or measure FAIRness:
* SPARC Data Conversion to NWB Format
* SPARClink: Visualizing the Impact of SPARC
* AQUA - an Advanced QUery Architecture for the SPARC Portal
* o²S²PARC: Reusable Models of Visceral Nerve Stimulation
* Visualizing Sample and Ontology linkages between HuBMAP and SPARC
* Development of an Automated Knowledge Discovery Tool for SPARC Datasets
* Integration of the SPARC Portal in Jupyter notebooks


An optional free workshop, AWS Technical Essentials, will be offered July 9, 2021. Various SPARC experts will be available during the event to help with technical advice as needed.
