[Neuroinfo] Spam email accidentaly let through to list

Dear neuroinfo list recipients,

We have discovered that a spam email regarding purchasing SfN attendee
lists was recently let through to the neuroinfo list. We apologise for this
and will be extra vigilant from now on to make sure it doesn't happen again.
