[Neuroinfo] Neuro tool projects with INCF in Google Summer of Code - open to all beginners to open source

Dear all,

tell your friends and colleagues - for the first time, the Google Summer of
Code <https://summerofcode.withgoogle.com> Program is open to all beginners
and newcomers to open source. INCF participates as a mentoring organization
for the 12th time. This year, we offer 50 different projects suggested and
mentored by tool developers in the neuroscience community. If you are
interested in becoming an open source contributor, this program is a
fantastic opportunity!
