[INCF Hackers] hackathon dates

hi hackers,

any ideas about the dates? and any chance the hackathon could be held prior
to the meeting? i have another hackathon that i would like to attend and
another meeting right before incf, also in germany and i suspect there
might be other brain hackers in that boat.
