[INCF Hackers] hackathon dates

Hi Satra,

  We've been surveying folks over here on doing it 9/15:

  I think several folks already agree to this, in order to cross over with
the Bernstein conference and get more interaction.  Moving it earlier we
would lose that.  What do you think?
