[INCF Hackers] hackathon dates

We're tentatively scheduling an XNAT workshop in Munich for Sept 13-14.  I think the goal was to squeeze it in between Neuroinformatics and a hackathon.  So 15th sounds great.

  We've been surveying folks over here on doing it 9/15:

  I think several folks already agree to this, in order to cross over with the Bernstein conference and get more interaction.  Moving it earlier we would lose that.  What do you think?
